An Environmental Site Inquiry may be requested when:
• Real estate is sold, and/or purchased;
• Financial institutions may require an inquiry when approving financing;
• Lawyers representing purchasers may request an inquiry;
When the County provides an Environmental Site Inquiry, information related to the following shall be provided in the report:
• Property zoning;
• Development permits issued;
• Land Use Bylaw violations;
• Bylaw Infractions;
• Emergency Services (Fire) Incidents
NOTE: a $200.00 fee is required FOR EACH PROPERTY.
