Public Hearing – Proposed Bylaw No. 05.23
Pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 R.S.A. 2000 and amendments thereto:
NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
PROPOSED BYLAW No. 05.23 will be held at 9:30 a.m. on September 26, 2023
in the Council Chambers of the Yellowhead County Administration Building
located at 2716 1st Avenue, Edson, Alberta.
The purpose of this hearing is to allow persons to make known their views with respect to the proposed Bylaw No. 05.23 being a Bylaw to repeal the Hinton West Urban Fringe Area Structure Plan Bylaw No. 24.02.
Written submissions which would form part of the agenda package for this meeting must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), September 15, 2023.
All written submissions will become public information upon receipt by Yellowhead County Council.
