Attention: Teens aged 12-14!

Local nutritionist Crystal Boudreau will be facilitating two healthy youth development programs this August! Healthy Happy Self will include activities based around mental wellness, self-esteem, self-care, exercise, and nutrition.

Registration cost is only $5 and lunch will be provided. Each session will include 1 hour of swim time!

August 23 from 10 AM – 2 PM at the Entwistle Community Recreation Centre
August 24 from 10 AM – 2 PM at the Niton Community Hall
