The deadline for registration is April 1st of each year. All equipment hired by Yellowhead County MUST be registered annually by the deadline.

IMPORTANT: Contractors are also required to complete a Contractor Safety Agreement before any work can begin.
Yellowhead County will rotate through the list of available equipment contractors for each subsequent contract but will select from the available equipment list the equipment that is best suited for the work to be done, and that provides the most cost-effective level of service for the job.
Yellowhead County’s Contractor Safety Agreement is presented to all contractors who perform services on any Yellowhead County owned, leased or otherwise controlled premises. Before the Contractor begins the performance of the contracted services a signed copy of the Agreement and the included information must be acknowledged.
