Regional Waste Authority Event – Six councillors, including the two councillors that sit on the West Yellowhead Regional Waste Management Authority (WYRWMA), will attend an upcoming Recycling and Waste Reduction session in Jasper. The one-day event for the municipal partners of WYRWMA will cover the current state of the recycling industry and waste reduction issues

Cadomin Community Hall – Council approved a request of $750,000 from the Cadomin Community Society (CCS) towards the development of the proposed Cadomin Hall. CCS has raised $1.92 million for the facility which has a total estimated budget of $4.17 million. The $750,000 was requested from CCS due to projected increased costs.
