Take this canning workshop!

Yellowhead County’s Agricultural Services has teamed up with Rebecca Trodden of Little Gems Farm to bring you a beginner’s canning course.

Rebecca will go over the methods and steps for safe canning as well as supply you with freshly grown cucumbers and all the supplies needed to can your very own jar of pickles to take home. This will be a hands-on course with everyone in the kitchen, so spots are very limited.

The workshop will take place on August 30th from 6pm-8pm at the Peers Multiplex and will cost $15 to attend.
