Take-Home Bat House Building Kit and Live Bat Webinar
Join Yellowhead County’s Agricultural Services in learning about the benefits of bats – your friendly neighbourhood insectivores! This workshop includes a take-home build your own bat house kit and accompanying webinar with Alberta’s provincial bat specialist Lisa Wilkinson.
The bat house kits will be available for pick up starting October 20th from either the Edson or Wildwood Yellowhead County offices. Printed step-by-step instructions will be included when you pick up your kit and you can build it whenever you would like! The live webinar portion of the workshop with Lisa Wilkinson teaching us all about bats will be on October 26th 5:30pm-6:30pm.
Those who pre-register will receive instructions for joining the webinar and picking up their bat house kit through email.
