The West Yellowhead Regional (WYR) Landfill in Hinton will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25), Boxing Day (December 26), and New Year’s Day (January 1).

On Christmas Eve (December 24), hours will be 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
On New Year’s Eve (December 31), hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Regular hours will be in operation outside of those days.

Reminder that the landfill’s regular winter hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, and closed on Sundays and Holidays. Please ensure all loads are secure.
