⚠️ NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND ROAD USERS

Robb 53^rd AVE CN Rail Crossing Maintenance
📅 October 22, 2025 – 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Canadian National Railways will be conducting rail maintenance work on 53^rd Ave, in Robb.

🚧 Scope of Work Includes:

• Rail Panel Replacement and Paving.

 📍 Affected Area:

• 53^rd Ave Rail Crossing will be closed, and a detour will be in place.

⚠️ What to Expect:

• Construction crews and equipment operating along the road,
• Temporary traffic delays,
• Reduced visibility and narrowed lanes in active work zones and detour lanes.

🛑 Safety Reminder:

We kindly ask all residents, recreational users, and operational traffic to:

• Slow down and drive with caution,
• Obey all posted signage and flagging personnel,
• Avoid unnecessary travel through the area during peak work hours.
