Evansburg Legion – Members of the board for the Royal Canadian Legion in Evansburg provided an update to Council regarding the operational plans for the Evansburg Legion/Community Hall facility for the next 5-10 years. Council accepted the presentation as information.

Municipal Emergency Plan – Council approved the Yellowhead County Municipal Emergency Plan following approval by Yellowhead County’s Emergency Advisory Committee as required by provincial legislation. The plan guides the County’s response to any emergency. A review by the province’s Alberta Emergency Management Agency stated that the plan meets all requirements under the current Emergency Legislation of Alberta.
