Public Hearing of Bylaw No. 09.24

A public hearing was held for proposed Bylaw No. 09.24, designating Plan 1022047 Block 6 Lot 3 as a Public Utility Lot.  This bylaw will be brought to the November 12, 2024, Council meeting for Second and Third Reading.

Policy Approval: 7400 Culture

Council has adopted policies 7400.01 to 7400.04 for Historical Programs & Facilities Grant, Cemetery Grants, Country Schools Commemorative Signage Program, and Historical Interpretive Signage as presented.

Proposed Natural Gas Aggregation Contract

 Council received the Proposed Natural Gas Aggregation Contract between Yellowhead County and Alberta Municipalities for information purposes.

Assessment Review Board Options                                                                                             

   Council approved membership in the Capital Region Assessment Services Commission (CRASC) for Assessment Review Board services for 2025-2027.
