DESCRIPTION:Join us for some New Year Yoga (all levels welcome)! Come move\, explore\, and relax. Nurture your mind\, body\, and soul after the holiday season.\n\n\n\nWe will be exploring all types of yoga: strength\, balance\, stretching\, breathwork\, and calming the nervous system. Each class will explore something different.\n\n\n\nMarlboro Community Hall\nSundays from 7pm – 8pm\nJan 11\, 18\, 25 & Feb 1\, 8\n\n\n\n$50 for all five sessions or $12 per class drop-in\n\nAges 13+ \nRegister at https://app.univerusrec.com/yhcountypub/index.asp\n\n\n\nBring water\, a blanket for relaxing\, and a scarf for stretching.
