Robb Pump Track Nickname Contest

Don’t miss your chance to nickname Robb’s new pump track!

Yellowhead County’s council has set a mandate to serve residents’ needs. We want to create community hubs across the county which help our communities flourish. And to that end, we’ve built 7 pump tracks across the county for recreational use. Not only is this a one-of-a-kind recreational outlet in Canada, it’s also a bonafide hit with local kids, and young-at-heart parents in our hamlets!

And now, we’re asking you to come up with your best nickname for our newest pump track in Robb!

Side note: A huge thank you to Trans Mountain, who financed this build through a Community Benefit Agreement investment of $140,000.

Nicknaming the Park

Submit your ideas for our new pump track nickname! Keep in mind the location and layout as your brainstorm a unique, original and creative name! Successful submissions will be appropriate and easy to remember names.

Yellowhead County Parks and Recreation will select the top three finalist names that will be open to voting from the public.

Judging

Entries will be judged by the Yellowhead County Parks and Recreation Department and will have final say in approving the winning name. No profanity or suggestive names will be accepted.

Voting will be open for one week after the announcement of the three finalists. If the selected name has been entered by more than one person, a random draw will be held by Yellowhead County to determine the winner.

General Rules

The winner must consent to their name and photograph to be used in any promotional materials, advertising, and news releases as needed by Yellowhead County for promotion of the pump tracks.

You must be 18 or under to enter.
