Get strong with age and join us for some Prime Time Fitness, a group fitness class designed for mature adults! Led by Janine LeBlue of Wise Moves Fitness.
The class will run Thursdays in April: 6, 13, 20, 27 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peers Multiplex. Cost is $35 for the whole session, or $10/class.
The first 45 minutes of the class will be a workout, with the last 15 minutes reserved for a fitness Q&A.

Note: Modifications will be provided to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Examples of modifications include weights of varying sizes, resistance bands with light to strong tension, and chairs with and without armrests to modify certain movements.
