Purchase offer of County-owned land in Brule
Council directed Administration to proceed with the sale of approximately 10,964 sq. ft. of land, located in Ptn of SW-15-50-27-W5M, for the assessed land value of $12,000. The sale accommodates a lot extension of Plan 0321313 Block 7 Lot 3, with associated costs to be covered by the purchaser.

Purchase offer of County-owned land in Robb
Council directed Administration to proceed with the sale of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of land, located in Ptn of NE-15-29-21-W5M, for the assessed land value of $14,500. The sale accommodates a lot extension of Plan 5838RS Block 2 Lot 4, with associated costs to be covered by the purchaser.

Evansburg Local Improvement Tax Bylaw 02.25
Council gave first reading to Bylaw 02.25. The purpose of the bylaw is to impose a Local Improvement Tax in Evansburg for properties benefitting from the 45 and 46 Avenue Water and Sanitary Sewer Local Improvement Project. Administration was directed to send letters to the subject property owners to inform them of the Evansburg local improvement plan, related costs, and payment options. Administration will also be preparing a borrowing bylaw to establish the finalized rate of borrowing for this project.
