Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. Is contracted by Yellowhead County to handle all Residential Inspections. They work year-round assessing properties.

Here are a few things that residents should be aware of regarding AAG Assessors:
1. They all wear identification lanyards and if not, they must produce identification upon request.
2. They must produce their letter of authorization from Yellowhead County.
3. If you are not home, they will leave a notice on the door letting you know they were there.
4. All Accurate Assessors vehicles are marked with the logo in this post.
